Yes, all condos have stunning fireplaces. It is rare to have a fireplace in the Peak 9 Inn/ studios, but the Bright Haus Slopeside has a beautiful fireplace!.

Parking is very limited in Breckenridge and fills up quickly at the Village at Breckenridge in the heated garage. If you are driving, please let us know and we can check and see if there is a parking permit available. A parking permit is $25-$45/nt depending upon the season and high demand times(pricing can change without notice) in the heated garage if space is available. A permit is required to enter the heated garage, there is not an assigned space. Guests can park in any legal space. The green area is closest to Peak 9, the red area is next to the Wetterhorn Building and the yellow area is closest to the Antero Building. If there is not a permit available there is overnight parking in designated town lots:

Town of Breckenridge Overnight Parking (parking fees can change without notice):

Ice Rink Lot (189 Boreas Pass Rd) $15+/nt- $35+/nt Fri-Sat (0.5 miles with town shuttles that drop off at the Village)

Airport Road Parking Lot (1700 Airport Road) The cost is $5/day- $10/day+ for Fri-Sun. Overnight parking is limited to 14 days.

Free Bus and Trolley Transportation: Breckenridge Ski Resort and the Town of Breckenridge Free Ride offers free transportation to Breckenridge Resort Base Areas and throughout the Town of Breckenridge 365 days a year from 6:15 a.m.-11:15 p.m. We encourage all guests and visitors to utilize the free transportation service and leave your vehicle at home!

Shuttling to Breckenridge from Denver International Airport (DIA) is the preferred way to arrive. Most shuttles have Wi-Fi on board and are awesome at getting around the mountain roads and traffic. Once you arrive most guests do not use their car. The condo is in the perfect location next to the Quicksilver lift on Peak 9 and right in town next to historic Main Street. Walk to restaurants, shops, and events in town.

There is a free bus service throughout town that stops right in front of the condos and a free Trolley that runs along Main Street. The grocery store is a couple of blocks away or have groceries and liquor delivered.

When booking a shuttle use 535 S Park Ave Breckenridge, CO 80424 as the drop off and pick up location (Village at Breckenridge)

The Village at Breckenridge has luggage storage lockers that guests can reserve the day of arrival or departure for daily storage (no overnight storage) via the electronic app. Each luggage locker can store luggage and skis for a family of 4. More than one storage locker can be reserved.

We are unable to accommodate pets of any kind.

Smoking of any kind is not allowed at any of our condos

The “Village” Ski School is located at the Village at Breckenridge complex.

Ski Rentals: most ski rentals have online discounts and will often store rental skis overnight.

From Denver: Travel West on I-70. Exit 203 Frisco/Breckenridge Follow the roundabout off the exit to continue onto Highway 9 into Breckenridge. You will be directed to take a right onto North Park Avenue upon arrival in town (**This turn is BEFORE the Breckenridge Roundabout).

Continue about 1 mile through 2 streetlights. The Village at Breckenridge is located on the right-hand side of the street. Please pull into the circular drive and into the second entrance on your right. Further building instructions will be provided prior to arrival..

Check-in is 4 p.m. and check-out is 10 a.m.
We do our best to accommodate our guests arrival times. We do not guarantee early check-ins, but if the cleaning crew has completed their process early we will notify you.

We do not authorize late check-outs of any kind. This assures that the cleaning crew has plently of time to create a spotless and welcoming environment for all of our guests. You can utilize the luggage lockers through the digital key app to store your belongings if you will be staying around town after check-out, but you must be out of the room by 10a.m.

Unauthorized early arrival or unauthorized late departures can incur up to $500 in cleaning fee penalties for impacting their services.

We provided a started set of coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, facial tissue, trash bags, dishwashing soap, hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap, spice rack, salt and pepper, and linens. No additional housekeeping is provided.

Instacart through City Market. Note: Guests will meet the driver in the circle drive at the Village at Breckenridge 535 S Park Ave. They will not deliver directly to the condo.

Breck Grocery Express - grocery delivery directly to the condo prior to arrival.

Coffee and Coffee Makers: If you are a coffee lover, we recommend you bring your favorite coffee, Coffee filters will be in the condo.

There are full size washers and dryers on each floor by the elevators with a starter set of laundry soap in the condo. The Bright Haus Villa has a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
