Digital Key Instructions – Village at Breckenridge

1. Download the App:
  • Install the "Village@Breckenridge" app from the Apple Store or Google Play.
  • Enable Bluetooth and notifications on your phone for key access and emergency alerts.
2. Enter Your Reservation Info:
  • Open the app before check-in and enter your 6-digit Reservation ID (found in the check-in email sent from us 4-7 days before arrival) and your last name.
  • Use your cell number for the verification code. If you have an international number, choose email for verification.
  • You can access the garage and amenities before check-in if parking was pre-paid, but the digital key won't work for the condo until 4 pm. Early entry without authorization may result in fines.
3. Optional Paid Parking: Garage Access:
  • To enter the garage, tap the parking pass image (it will turn blue), and hold your phone to the sensor. When the sensor turns green, the garage door will open.
  • The system will scan your license plate, so after the first entry, you can come and go without scanning again. Occasionally you may have to rescan if the system was unable to scan your plate - you will not be charged again for this.
  • Only one vehicle per reservation is allowed. Exit the garage by 10:30 am on departure day to avoid extra charges after 11 am.
  • You can park in any legal space. 


4. Activate Your Digital Key:

  • After 4 pm on the day of arrival, follow the app prompts to activate your key for condo and amenity access.
  • Ensure Bluetooth is on, and the app is using the correct reservation ID and last name.
  • Add guests and share digital keys by tapping the three lines at the top left of the screen in the app.

Troubleshooting:

  • If you receive errors more than twice:
    • Double-check your info and ensure it's after 8 AM on check-in day.
    • Make sure Bluetooth is on and in the Village app settings is on.
    • Tap your phone to the door lock for it to work.
    • If issues persist, uninstall and reinstall the app. Contact your property manager (Jeff/Sandy or Jessica/Alec) if you continue to have issues.
